  I had a great experience here. The associate who helped me was very friendly and did everything I needed, including transferring all my apps and contacts to my new phone. so glad this location is finally open again!

  DO NOT GO HERE! They are scammers! Never saw a T-Mobile like this. Denis signed up my parents on a plan when they specifically asked for PREPAID on their new open phone. After calling Denise and asked her why, she said 'oh'. What a lying thief! Hope T-Mobile is not changing their excellent customer service to be scammers. Made my parents cancel the service right away.
