  There were so many of the cutest puppies! And the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The tall man with glasses was so nice and especially so patient with my kids I almost asked him if he could babysit. Top quality customer service! The dogs are in great hands.

  I bought a German Shepherd from there. First off, the dog was over $1,000 and wasn't even papered! Secondly, she was destructive and aggressive! The second day I had her she had ripped the back of my leather couch all the way across, and then out of no where the dog attacked my 4 year old daughter as she was walking down the stairs. The dog went straight for my daughter's throat! I called King Neptune and explained what happened and that I wanted to return the dog. They refused and told me that the sale was final! I will never deal with them again! Terrible business!
