After standing there for 15 minutes I decided to find someone again, then i saw the two associates sitting on a shelf talking about their weekend plans. I understand if they forgot because they were busy, but this was a Wednesday night and they were more associates then customers in the place. I feel now that because I am not a contractor or handyman and I asked a basic question I do not deserve the assistantance from these workers.
