  Placed an order online for in store pick up. Received an order confirmation email, but nothing after that. Called store, was told they had nothing under name or telephone number. Was given customer service telephone number. Called, hung up on after someone answers. Call back explained situation, was told to hold she'd look into order number...transferred to toys r us Canada. Called back repeated situation...hung up on mid sentence...after being told there's a five day hold to pick up order (no where on website/email does it say anything about holds...purpose of order online pick up in store is for same or next day) Called back! Explained situation....asked for management...told now i need to wait for a call regarding order...asked to cancel...told that cannot be done. Nothing was done regarding how customer service handle the situation, no one can give me an answer when I can get the order or cancel the order to drive to store to purchase. Update: tried customer service via online chat....conversation was ended on their end without a resolution or asking "anything else needed" or letting know conversation was done
