He returned message within couple of hours & came right out with two traps that afternoon. Baited & set with a mat to protect lawn. Took several days to catch the critter as raccoons apparently move around day to day. Left message to let him know, & he picked up in less than two hours. Bernie's very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and prompt. A very satisfied customer!
